Your support helps with…

Tenant assistance

Provide enhanced support services, including culturally appropriate wellness programs, mental health support, and addiction recovery services to assist tenants on their healing journey.

Community Opportunities

Additionally, contributions would support economic and community opportunities, including job training, education programs, and cultural initiatives that empower Indigenous tenants with skills, connections, and pathways to economic stability.

Housing improvements

They would also fund critical housing improvements, such as repairs, accessibility upgrades, and sustainable energy solutions to improve living conditions.

Brenda Knights, Chief Executive Officer, BC Indigenous Housing Society and Kwantlen First Nation member

“True reconciliation goes beyond housing—it means ensuring Indigenous residents have access to good governance, community services, economic opportunities, and cultural connections.

This gala is about turning reconciliation into action by supporting those on their healing journey. Together, we can create lasting change and uplift the lives of those in Indigenous housing.”
