These awards are a celebration of those who lead with heart, on the front lines, behind the scenes, in corporate boardrooms, and in grassroots efforts. Each category recognizes unique contributions that uplift, empower, and create lasting change.
Through this recognition, we aim to shine a light on the everyday heroes and changemakers who are rowing alongside us toward a more equitable, inclusive future.
Front Line Worker Award
